We'll show how real estate development, urban planning and architecture are all intertwined
To do this, we will discuss how real estate development affects the surrounding neighborhoods, and consider issues including gentrification, new build verses reuse, design trends, and investment trends.
We will also explore basic real estate concepts, investment and leasing concepts, and look at how architecture trends influence real estate pricing. Further, we’ll look at the history of landmark architecture around the world and architectural styles and techniques.
